When i whitened my teeth my only problem was a slightly sensitivity to cold for about one week.Whit heat i did not have any problem.

Yes, I can't believe it's 2012 and only now is it becoming mandatory to wear mouth guards for contact sports. All dental practices (including Absolute Dental Care!) supply high quality protective mouth guards.

It's good that mouthguards would be mandatory for athletes next season. It's just crazy that it's only now that this kind of policy will be imposed. Where would be a good place to get mouthguards for players?

Number two is very important - brush for a whole two minutes in the morning and last thing at night. You must always wear a mouthguard playing contact sports - customised is best. If you do not wear a mouthguard the consequences can be painful and expensive. I have a whole article written on the importance of mouthguards!
